Things happened pretty quickly, so we haven’t been able to share the news with everyone.

We moved into a new (to us) house on May 29. We’re just a few houses away from our old place, on the corner of block. We love our block and our neighbors, and we’re excited to be able to stay in our favorite spot in Fishtown.

We’ll have some housewarming festivities after the wedding and honeymoon, but one cool fact about the house: it used to be a beer distributor. Thanks to a neighbor who’s dad grew up in Fishtown, we know we live at the site of the old Kubiak’s Beverage, which closed in the ’50s or ’60s, and has been residential ever since.

We sent the wedding invitations out using the old address, which you’ll notice is on the RSVP envelopes. Not to worry – we’re still receiving mail at the old address.
