Our save-the-dates came in the mail Friday, and we’ve been writing them out.

If you live close to us or we’ll see you in the next week, expect a hand-delivered postcard. Otherwise, keep an eye on the mail.

At first, we weren’t going to send real save-the-dates. We were all set to send email notices through Paperless Post, but then thought better of it. The whole reason we’re sending save-the-dates so early is because we want people to have enough notice ahead of their summer vacations.

We don’t expect people to plan their vacations around our wedding, but if you’re planning to attend, now you’ll have a postcard of us staring at you every time you open the fridge to reminding you to join us July 25th.
